Participants and accompanying persons should please fill in the Conference Registration Form to register. Registration will be confirmed upon receival of full payment.

Registration fees include

  • Light lunch

  • Shuttle bus service to/from Conference Center

  • Half day tour (For Accompanying Persons only)

Payment of Fees

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. International delegates are required to pay in Euro by credit card or international bank draft drawn to one of the two banks stated.

Credit cards accepted are MasterCard, Visa Card and American Express. Please note that all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to KIVOTOS TRAVEL. Transactions by credit card are subject to a 3% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Management Office.

Cancellation Fee

Before 23 March 2005 = Euro 35.00, Before 23 April 2005 = 50% of fees, After 23 April 2005 = No refund

Letter of Invitation

If a letter of invitation is required for the arrangement of the appropriate visa to enter Greece or to apply for educational leave to attend the Congress, please write to the Conference Secretariat specifying the necessary details. meetings@kivotostravel.com
